Unity And Freedom Through One Body In Christ

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

This verse from Paul’s letter to the Galatians is a powerful declaration of the unity and equality that exists within the body of Christ. It emphasizes that in Christ, all distinctions that typically divide humanity are rendered completely and totally irrelevant. This message was revolutionary in Paul’s time and continues to resonate today in the lives of Christians and those of faith. It resounds in the world of havoc and in the world of peace. Therein humanity and all of the consequences that can reverberate in societal norms is not applicable when we are followers of Christ, because with Christ we have the ultimate victory. He reigns victorious and through Him – we too get to share in that gift of victory along with His seal of love and mercy.
