World Events Are All Coming Together

It has been said that the world is not falling apart, but every thing is coming together. What this means is that world events are being fulfilled exactly as Bible prophecy predicted thousands of years ago. Not only that, but for the first time in history, all the prophecies are converging, prior to the return of Jesus Christ. Here are some examples:

  1. Things happening with Israel and in the Middle East (Ezekiel 38-39).
  2. Evil continually getting worse and worse(II Timothy 3:13).
  3. Battles between ethnic groups and wars between nations (Matthew 24:7).
  4. Earthquakes happening with more frequency and intensity (Matthew 24:7).
  5. The technology for the Mark of the Beast (Revelation 13:15-18).
  6. Knowledge will increase and people will travel extensively (Daniel 12:4).
  7. Jews hated by all nations (Matthew 24:9).
  8. A great deception in a variety of ways (II Thess. 2:3 and 10-11).
  9. The mindset for a one-world leader and government (Revelation 13).
  10. Lawlessness, and love grown cold (Matthew 24:12).
  11. A great falling away from the Christian faith (I Timothy 4:1).
  12. Moral decline (Romans 1:21-32).
  13. Pestilence, COVID being an example (Luke 22:11).
  14. An increase in alternative lifestyles (Romans 1:24-27).

Romans 1:21-32 says that much of what has happened in the world is due to God not being honored, truth has been exchanged for a lie, and people have not seen fit to acknowledge God any longer. The world is living like there is no accountability to God. However it says in Romans 2:5, “Because of your hard and impenitent heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath when God’s righteous judgment will be revealed.”  Romans 14:12 adds, “So then each of us will give an account to God.”

For the Christians who have put their faith and trust in Jesus as their Savior, Luke 21:28 says, “When these things begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.” And the Christians who are living at the time of Jesus’s return will be caught up into the presence of the Lord forever. “Therefore encourage one another with these words” (I Thessalonians 4:17-18).

You can be a part of the remnant of the world’s population that will be able to escape the judgment of God and be part of his redeemed spiritual family. Realize your need for God’s grace and forgiveness. Call upon Jesus, the same Jesus born in a manger in Bethlehem over 2,000 years ago. He came to earth, died on a cross, and rose from the dead. Jesus said that he is the way, the truth, and the life. He is the one and only Savior for all of humanity and each individual person. He offers eternal life in heaven. You can be certain of where you will spend eternity. “Believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life” (I John 5:13).

The big question then is, will you experience God’s judgment or his redeeming love? Things are happening so fast toward the day of judgment or redemption that it is not a decision to put off.
