Foreshadows Of Joy Shining Over The Horizon

Abundant love fills my heart with yearning to follow His ways.
Having Your light is essential to my inner focus of Spiritual goals,
and sanctions of my very soul!

I have willingly ensconced myself further into your Presence.
Will I submerge into a vapid pit of nonexistence?
Truly, I shall emerge victorious through Your strength and Spirit?

Your thoughts of me are filled with peace and not of evil.
I was knitted into the womb of my mother,
Praise You LORD!

Your love created me within the parameters of “perfection.”
For I am made in perfect love, and therefore no fear lies within.
For as You promise LORD, perfect love casts out fear.
Fear causes anguish, and with You as my source, there is only Joy!

Do I exist in a world of trial and error where iniquity runs rampant?
Or do I co-exist alongside those of similar souls, and one body in Christ?

Your ways are impeccable and align with all that is pure.
I seek Your face in all that I do and wish to glorify You overall!

Is this Revelation of prophecy unfolding before our eyes today?
O’LORD, I see the ruinations and downfall of humanity,
as I watch the devastation of the enemy devouring those in his path!

But as Psalm 91 states, I am safely under Your wings,
And dwell in the secret place of the Most -High LORD of lords.
My mind is set on You as I wait patiently for Your arrival,
once again as the Trump sounds!

Fiery walls of hatred descend trying to tear down our Sanctuary.
But we don’t panic or stress knowing You go before us and protect!

Calvary and the Old Rugged Cross reflects in all I see and do.
Knowing Your love and sacrifice and blood set me free!

For those who don’t know of the prophecies of God and His Word,
it must be lonely and chaotic with hurdles and darts in their paths!

But for the overcomers and followers of the LORD we are excited.
For we know what was, what is, and what is to come!

For no matter what may be transpiring, we know it’s a sign,
the LORD’s promises and His Presence is drawing near!

So, although the world may be a convex storm of malice and deceit,
We His children know how this will all play out!

The LORD promises He will come quickly,
to which I say,
Come LORD Jesus! Come!
