The Divine Critiquing Of The Father

This chaotic world we live in today
is quite stuck on doing things their way.

Some churches, where God usually finds great joy,
have brought Him disappointment, from their ploys.

In being too concerned with pleasing men,
they’ve left out the One who forgave their sins.

His critiquing was not meant to bring harm
but to build us up while raising our arms.

Raising our arms while we’re giving Him praise,
and increasing our love for Him each day.

Our Holy Father, Creator, and Lord
is refining His church using His Sword!

The church today should not be disarrayed,
while they’re choosing to follow in His ways.

Jesus is renewing our hearts and minds,
showing us that we may not have much time.

The growth within the Body of Christ
needs to rise and fight for what’s right!

His church must now readjust its focus,
bringing down the bad feelings among us.

Insults, we face within each given day,
can cause friction rubbing us the wrong way.

Our faith level defines our perception,
showing how to deflect deception.

His desire is to make us One,
but Satan’s plan can be used against us.

Our perception of what’s been said to us
can speak to us through the life and death of Jesus.

Upon the resurrection of Jesus,
Satan had lost the battle that freed us.

Constructive criticism, in God’s eyes.
leads us to our eternal home on high.

Which one will you be more receptive to?
Will it be the right choice? It’s up to you!

Proverbs 3:11-12 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; Neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; Even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

In August of 2022, she became a Poetry author (Living Poems: From the Father's Heart - Inspirational Poems). She also enjoys sharing God's heart through freelance writing, as well. She is also a member of Faithwriters.com. Linda still enjoys the companionship of two pets, Tina (Chihuahua) and Miss Kitty (Tabby). Their grandson (18) plans on finishing high school next year. Linda hopes to put another book together, as the Lord leads, and is hoping to pursue her interests in writing a memoir. Her writings are concentrated on hearing the heart of God, by encouraging other believers and revealing God's heart to all.
