The Light Of Christ

So many have misconstrued Your Word,
making things up that sound absurd.

The changes being made these days,
is a reflection of worldly ways.

The world does not fear Your Light today,
because their hearts have gone astray.

They are searching for truth elsewhere,
which causes deceit and despair.

The light that is shining out of us,
should be revealing the love of Jesus.

Without this light how will they see,
what Your love is truly meant to be.

Some churches have made compromises,
giving birth to several uprisings!

Where is that boldness to shine for You Lord?
Have we left it behind closed doors?

You do not want us to live in fear,
but in reverence throughout our years.

Seeking out ways to edify believers,
is in everyone’s interest, even deceivers.

The brighter Christ’s Light shines,
the more defeated is the enemy’s time.

We should not be worried about indifferences,
but the reflection of Your appearances.

The appearances of You through us.
Are they seeing our Savior, Jesus?

There is hunger throughout the land,
and it is for the Great I Am!

The enemy cannot stand Christ’s Light,
for within it all things are made right!

As we become increasingly like Jesus,
the enemy’s plan for us weakens.

Without our Savior in our lives,
we are more prone to any strife.

An empty vessel of those who believe,
the Light of Christ can they receive.

2 Corinthians 4:6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Linda hopes to put another book together, as the Lord leads, and is hoping to pursue her interests in writing a memoir. Her writings are concentrated on hearing the heart of God, by encouraging other believers and revealing God's heart to all.
