The Unified Sound Of The Church

Oh that God’s church would display,
a heart of love and not disarray.

His love is not shown as it should be,
which causes an absence of harmony.

It seems that some of our leaders,
have caused disruption among believers.

We should each be sure of our salvation,
especially with nations rising against nation!

If only the church body could see
and hear God’s melodious rhapsody!

We as believers must understand,
that each of us have a different plan.

Our Savior, Jesus, died for all,
yet we see many that are not called.

They’ve seen the need and that’s good,
but they’re not seeing, as they should.

Recognizing the gifts in each member,
will cause unity to rise together.

As these gifts are put into practice,
God declares war against Satan’s tactics!

He hears a melodious tune arise,
all the way up to the skies.

The only way that this can be,
is for the “members” not to flee.

There are some in the church with tainted hearts,
that are not doing their “gifted” part.

As a result, the church members are off key,
causing there to be a loss of melody.

Without the melody there is no harmony
and it opens the door for a different army.

So church, wake up and use your gifts
and as a result, harmony will persist!

Ask the Lord for His directions,
not your brother who pursues insurrection.

Harmonious unity will take place,
once the church members give out more grace.

Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

  1. Nicely said.
If we are going to live together forever
Then we need to do our part by first checking what is in our heart.
Praying with a honest assessment so we can be a living testament.
Putting off anything phony seeking to live in peace and harmony
Having a willingness to be diligent in serving God with obedience.

  2. Beautiful as always Linda.
