Chapter 1:9-11
雅阁书1:9-11

9 Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation, 10 and the rich in his humiliation, because like a flower of the grass[c] he will pass away. 11 For the sun rises with its scorching heat and withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also, will the rich man fade away in the midst of his pursuits.
卑微的弟兄升高，就该喜乐；富足的降卑，也该如此；因为他必要过去，如同草上的花一样。太阳出来，热风刮起，草就枯干，花也凋谢，美容就消没了；那富足的人，在他所行的事上也要这样衰残。

The Rich And The Poor
富人和穷人

Christianity is the only faith, that is counter cultural. You can be as poor as a church mouse so to speak and yet be rich as a billionaire in spiritual things, see Ephesians 1.
基督教是唯一的是信仰，与世俗传统是相反的，你可以像教堂里的老鼠一样穷，但在精神方面却像亿万富翁一样富有，参见以弗所书第1章。

One of the things, it does, is that it puts money in its proper place. It puts riches in its proper place, we need money to live, but we don’t need riches.
其中一件事是，它把钱放在了合适的地方。它把财富放在了合适的地方，我们需要钱来生活，但我们不需要财富。

It is often said that you can’t take your money with you, but why would you, all the money in the world, can’t buy you into heaven, no amount of money, could buy you the things and the glory that are in heaven.
人们常说，你不能带着你的钱走，但你为什么要，世界上所有的钱，不能买你到天堂（的门票），再多的钱，也不能买你在天堂的基业和荣耀。

No amount of money can win you salvation.
再多的钱也买不到你的救恩

When it talks about humiliation here, it talks about if you have money, you have to lay it down at the feet of Jesus. The rich young ruler and others in the gospels refused to lay it down and it cost them, their souls.
当它说到羞辱时，它说的是如果你有钱，你必须把它放在耶稣的脚前。富有的年轻统治者和福音书里的其他人拒绝放下它，这让他们付出了灵魂的代价。

It is difficult for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven, but when he is humiliated and lets everything go for the sake of the gospel, he is exalted, he is blessed. Because he will now have what money cannot buy.
财主进天国是难的。但他若蒙羞，为福音舍了一切，他就被高举，有福了。因为他马上将会拥有金钱买不到的东西
