No Place To Hide- Psalm 139:7-12 (Chinese/English)

Psalm 139-7-12Where shall I go from your Spirit?
Or where shall I flee from your presence?
If I ascend to heaven, you are there!
If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there!
If I take the wings of the morning
and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea,
even there your hand shall lead me,
and your right hand shall hold me.
If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me,
and the light about me be night,”
even the darkness is not dark to you;
the night is bright as the day,
for darkness is as light with you.

 –诗篇139:7-12
我往哪里去躲避你的灵？
我往哪里逃、躲避你的面？
我若升到天上，你在那里；
我若在阴间下榻，你也在那里。
我若展开清晨的翅膀，
飞到海极居住，
就是在那里，你的手必引导我；
你的右手也必扶持我。
我若说：黑暗必定遮蔽我，
我周围的亮光必成为黑夜；
黑暗也不能遮蔽我，使你不见，
黑夜却如白昼发亮。
黑暗和光明，在你看都是一样。

 No Place To Hide
无处可躲

In the bible, there are many people who sought to hide from God, Adam and Eve come to mind.
在《圣经》中，有许多人试图躲避上帝，我么可以想到 亚当和夏娃。

But this passage reminds me, especially of Jonah, he tried and failed to run from God.
但这段话让我想起了约拿，他试图逃避上帝，却失败了。

I wonder if Jonah was reciting this psalm as he was in the belly of the whale.我不知道约拿是不是在大鱼肚子里吟诵这诗篇的。

 He was after all dwelling in the uttermost parts of the sea, he had literally taken the wings of the morning and surely the darkness was covering him.
他毕竟是住在大海的最深处，他真的是张开了晨曦的翅膀，而黑暗一定是把他遮住了。

 I loved the play hide and seek, when I was young, I often thought the place I hid would never be found, but sure enough I was found.
我喜欢玩捉迷藏，当我小的时候，我经常认为我藏的地方永远不会被发现，但我确实被找到了。

Likewise with Jonah and with us, we cannot hide from God, in the earlier verses we saw, we can’t hide any of our thoughts from God, neither can we hide ourselves from God.
就像约拿和我们一样，我们无法向上帝隐藏，在前面的章节中，我们不能向上帝隐藏任何想法，我们也不能向上帝隐藏自己。

If you are hiding from God, don’t, he will find you. If you are trying to resist God by running from him.. don’t.
如果你逃避上帝，不要逃避，他会找到你的。如果你试图通过逃避来反抗神。不喜欢。

 Don’t run from his call to service and especially don’t run from his call to salvation.
