Intimacy With God

和神的亲密关系

Genesis 3

创世纪3章

8 And they heard the voice of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?

8天起凉风的时候，那人和他的妻子听见耶和华　神在园中行走的声音，就藏在园子的树林中，躲避耶和华　神的面。9耶和华　神呼唤那人，对他说：你在哪里？

The call of God throughout the Bible is one of intimacy, GOD knew man had sinned, but still he wanted intimacy with his creation, but man refuses that intimacy with his creator, now let me say this, God is not lonely, he doesn’t need company, He desires and wants it with His creation.

贯穿整本圣经，上帝对人们的呼唤是亲密关系的体现之一。他知道人类犯罪，但他仍旧想和他所造的有亲密的关系，但人类拒绝这份与造物主的亲密关系。现在让我说明这点，上帝并非孤独，他并不需要陪伴，他渴望和他所造的有亲密的关系。

All of God’s choicest saints in both the OT and NT, has a deep and intimate relationship with God, look at some of them, how would:

• Joseph have coped with betrayal and prison
• Moses have coped with the children of Israel’s complaining
• David coped with the uprising of his own son
• Daniel coped with the lions den

上帝在旧约和新约中所拣选的圣徒都和他有深入且亲密的关系，我们来看：

• 约瑟曾应对背叛和监牢
• 摩西曾应对以色列百姓的抱怨
• 大卫曾应对自己儿子的暴动
• 但以理曾应对狮子坑

The reason, they had a deep and intimate relationship with God, they didn’t run from God they ran to God –Jeremiah 33:3.

他们与神有深入且亲密的关系的原因是他们并未逃离上帝，而是逃向神。耶利米书33:3

Men and women who sinned in the OT, did so because they lost that intimacy with God, look at David, Moses and others. They took their eyes off the Lord and fell headlong into sin and failure

旧约中那犯罪之人逃离神，失去了与他的亲密关系，看大卫，摩西和其他等人。他们将他们的眼目转离神，并一头栽进罪恶和失败之中。

As we go into the NT, we see people like Peter failing because he lost that intimacy with God, for a short time.

It is not enough to go to church on Sunday, the Christian life, is a deep intimate relationship between you and God, as His Holy spirit lives in you, there will be an increase in holiness , as He works in your heart.

Daily and minute by minute intimacy with God happens when:

You take everything to God in prayer, look at the verses 1 Peter 5 and 1 Thessalonians 5.

你将所有事在祷告中带到神面前，请看彼得前书5章，帖撒罗尼迦前书5章。

7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

7你们要将一切的忧虑卸给神，因为他顾念你们。

17 Pray without ceasing.

17要不住的祷告。

The word of God becomes part of your whole being, look at these precious verses in Colossians 3 and Joshua 1:

16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

8這律法書不可離開你的口，總要晝夜思想，好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話。如此，你的道路就可以亨通，凡事順利。

There are many other things I could point to, but let me finish with this:

有其他许多的事我可以谈论，但让我以这来结束：

Intimate prayer may mean you are still and say nothing to God in prayer but are quiet and just soak in his Presence. Let Him speak, prayer is two way communication. When God spoke to Elijah, God spoke in a still small voice.

亲密的祷告也许是在祷告中，安静在上帝的面前，仅仅安静，浸入他的同在中。让他来说，祷告是双向的沟通。当上帝向以利亚说话时，上帝用安静微小的声音。

Intimate Bible reading is taking time to read the Bible, the Chinese way is to read many chapters, to be a page turner, but this is not intimate bible reading, we are told to meditate and to study, we are told to good Bereans. Acts 17.

Jesus who had the deepest and most intimate relationship with His father, went up to a mountain to pray ALONE, if He went and did this, then surely, we should do it too.

Some ways to be closer and more intimate with God in prayer and Bible reading.

在祷告和读经中一些方法会让我们与神的关系更深入和亲密。

The earlier it is, the better it will be.

Turn off all distractions, that means cell phones, tv and social media, I know that this is a terrible thing that I am saying!

Go to a place such as a park or quiet place by the river and just walk or sit.

去公园或者河边安静的地方，仅仅是散步或者静坐。

Say nothing, ask the Lord, I want to hear from You, I want to hear Your voice. Say like Samuel:

无需多说，向上帝祷告说，主，我想听你，我想听你的声音，向撒母耳一样。

God promises to come and have deep and intimate fellowship with those, who open the door of their lives:

对那些敞开生命大门之人，神应许深入且亲密的关系。

Revelation 3

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

启示录3章20节

看哪，我站在門口敲門。如果有人聽見我的聲音就開門，我就會進到他那裡，而且我與他、他與我，將要一同吃宴席。

James 4

8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

你们要亲近神，神就会亲近你们。你们这些罪人哪，当使你们的手洁净！心怀二意的人哪，当使你们的心纯洁！

Intimacy with God, for the Apostle Paul, was being completely linked to Christ.

与神亲近，对圣徒保罗来说，就是完全与基督联合。

Do you want the same intimacy Paul had? I for one do, but it takes time, it takes effort, it will not come easily, but it is so worth it.

你想要和圣徒保罗一样吗，我想要。他需要时间，并不容易，但却十分值得。

Phillipians 3

10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

或许我能得以从死人中复活。

14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

向着目标竭力追求，为了得到那在基督耶稣里、神至高召唤的奖赏。

Do you know Paul or any of the others who have a deep intimate relationship with God had so, because they spent five minutes in prayer and Bible reading each day?

你认为像保罗或其他圣徒，是因为他们媒体只花五分钟时间祷告读经就有与上帝这般亲密的关系吗？

God is calling you, He is wanting to have deep and intimate fellowship with you believer, He is asking you ” where are you“, if you are not running to Him, you are running from Him.

上帝在呼唤你，他想要和你有深入且亲密的关系，他正在问：你在哪里？如果你没有在逃离他，那你就在向他奔跑。
